Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

can any of you please suggest me what are this following waiting events, and how to avoid them.

I have searched in google, but I could not get complete information. I am using Oracle 10.2.0.3.0.
