Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can I have two batch controllers configured for two different services(telephony and Voip)?

Is it possible two have two batch controllers or do I need to use one batch controller two different services?

Whish is the best option? What is the impact on performance with the each approach?
