Separation of duties between DBAs and sysadmins
We have a case where duties of sysadmins and DBAs are not separated enough, Results of this fact are some unnecessary incidents, delays of resolving, dissatisfaction of presonel etc. I need to find some non Oracle documentation (books, white papers ...) how one IT operations department should be organized and best practice around that. Any hint would be appreciated as I eally need some theory to start with.
