Reactivate system in Metalink

Hi,

I have two questions:

1. I have accidentally deactivated a SYSTEM in metalink and it disappeared, how I can activate it again. 

2. I have installed OCM successfully and tested it, also I have ran collect manually and it showed that collect and upload completed succeffully but the system did not appear on the systems dashboard.
