Approval process for Mass Additions
We got an audit issue regarding mass additions. As per segregation of duties; same person should not be able to prepare mass additions and then post them. We are exploring if there is approval process available within the system to approve mass additions before posting them. Or else is there a way we can allow POST button to be enabled only on certain responsibilities?
Similarly, while adding individual assets (using Additions / Quick Additions), is some approval functionality available? So that when somone adds an asset, it goes to some supervisor for approval; without that approval the asset should not be added.
