Oracle Retail - Customizing Title Bar & Login Logo

 Hello -

I've searched through Metalink & haven't found an answer yet.  Id like to change the main title bar text of our RPAS application from the generic "Oracle..." and also change the Oracle logo on the domain login screen.  We use a centrally-hosted client, not web nor local clients.

Hs anyone done this or does anyone know how?  I found one old article that was for a different application but wasn't much help.  There are a couple other articles alluding to this but still no luck.
