Requestor change order tolerances

Hi,

Does anyone have documentation on the way the Requester Change Order tolerances work for quantity and price? I'm wanting to know which ones take priority over others and how they work together.

I'm specifically looking for details on Change Auto-Approval Tolerances for Requisition.
