Environment variables in the OS User-Defined Metric Page

When i create OS-based User-Defined Metric in a Grid Control how can I pass  my own environment variables in the script that i set in User-Interface Element Environment where i can specify var1=%perlBin% var2=%scriptsDir%    ?
