Integration EBS - Purchasing with OTM

Hello,

We have implemented EBS 11.5.10 two years ago and we are implementing OTM.
I need to customize the integration between EBS - PO and OTM.  I have made changes to the package
po_otm_integration_pvt -> procedure get_approved_release .I always bounce the Bpel application.
I create or modify a release and approve the release to test the modification I made. 
The release get stucked.  I have to close EBS and run the script poresrel.sql to reset the status
of the release to 'New approbation required'. I need to do this test a few times
( modify release, reset the release because it is stucked) before the problem disapear.
