Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to send Unicode SMS

hi,

I have application in which i send a reply to customer on his choice either Arabic or English. How i can accomplish this task in ocsg?

if option is to configure datacoding in SMS plugin, then all SMS sent thru that plugin will sent as unicode.
