Supply Chain Cost Rollup

Hi,

we are trying to use the Supply Chain Cost Rollup functionality and we would like to include Buy Cost Hook as described in the withe paper (Supply Chain Cost Rollup Overview by Laura Z. Miller).

Could you indicate how to set it up?
