Items not displaying in Shopping List

 Items were deleted from one Requisition Template, a new template was created, and the items from the old template were added to the new template.  The loader values were extracted, the 'Catalog Data Purge'and the 'Rebuild Catalog Item InterMedia Index' requests were also ran.  In iProcurement, the new Shopping List is visible, but the items are not.  What do I need to do in order for the items to be displayed in iProcurement?
