Burdening

I am trying to do some cost burdening.

I see there is a cost_ind_rate_sch_id field on both the project and task level.  It seems to be the one on the task level that gets used.  I can change the project level selection under burden multipliers -> costing burden schedules.  But, how can I change the task level burden schedule?  When I open the task, there is no place to see or change the burden schedule.

I have looked in all the obvious places, but I must be missing something.
