Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Steps to create a clone database based on existing database in Windows plafform. No RMAN.

Please include the use of DBCA so service for db and listener can be created as well.
