Intercompany AFF segment values

We have many intercompany relationships both within our organization (between our entities/subsidiaries) but also intercompany relationships with entities of our parent company. This results in balances that are, technically, intercompany in nature. However, they are "one sided" on our financial statements, since the offsetting balance resides on the books of another subsidiary of our parent company:

Subsidiary A: Intercompany Receivable $100

Subsidiary B: Intercompany Payable     ($100)

At the parent level, these balances are eliminated. At the subsidiary level, they are assets/liabilities on the balance sheet.

We are required to submit our financial data to the parent using their chart of accounts. For this we are using a consolidation mapping set and a secondary ledger. Currently, the company/intercompany segment value set does
