How to get rid of the sending a new Approve/Reject emails after clicking on Approve/Reject buttons i

Hi,

Our users do not want to see the new email and click on 'Send' button, after clicking on Approve/Reject lick in the Req approval email. Has anyone tried to get rid of this extra step in the approval process? If so, could you please share with us what is involved in making this change?
