After upgrading Grid Control to 10.2.0.5 High Availability Console does not display correct informat

As per the following documentation link :

After upgrading Grid Control to 10.2.0.5, We should be able to view/manage Data Availabiltiy with "High Availability Console". However In this page, following information is incorrect :

a) Data Guard Summary tab displays message - Unable to determine Data Guard Information

b) Flash Recovery Area Usage shows 100% full which is incorrect.

What should I check in order to correct these statistics.
