In PA_CI_IMAPCTS, FINPLAN impact type never implemented

Hi,

In the PA_CI_IMPACTS table, for each change order I create there are three entries: FINPLAN_COST, FINPLAN_REVENUE and  FINPLAN. When the financial impact has been implemented, the FINPLAN_COST and FINPLAN_REVENUE impacts show as CI_IMPACT_IMPLEMENTED, but the FINPLAN impact type stays as CI_IMPACT_PENDING. What impact does this FINPLAN type refer to? The change order only has Financial impact enabled.

Any ideas?
