EBTax Setup for the US with Vertex

 EBTax was already setup in R12.04 then client upgraded to 12.06. I am having issues with the setup that was done.  It was originally setup to bring in Legacy information only not to perform tax calculation.  Now they are adding the OM, and PA modules and need to be able to tax in Oracle.  Does anyone have a R12 setup document for US Tax?
