Reporting on VPD

I work on a dataware with dozens of VPD policies.  I am trying to report on what data a user may have access to and I don't see any dictionary views to query.   It looks like I have to read the logic of each policy and maintain that info somewhere.  That's a huge undertaking... has anyone got a better way to capture who can see what when VPD is in force?
