Security by Book

Hi all

After setting up my security by Book, and go to Book Control  or Asset Category Forms, they doesnt populate with the default books assigned or the assets category assiged. In order to see them I have to Ctrl F11.

setup>asset system

>Book Control  or Asset Category

Can anyone say what i have done wrong.
