How do I move agile plm application server 9.2.2.1 and the oracle server to new servers?

 Is there a whitepaper or anything else out there that documents how to move agile from one set of servers to another? we are currently running our application server on one windows box and our database server on another. We are getting 2 new servers in to replace the existing ones. How do I go about moving agile from one set of servers to the other?
