How to stop Sales Order from reserving from a particular SubInventory

 Hi!

We are using multiple SubInventories in Inventory,  we want to stop Sales Order from reserving from a particular SubInventory because we want to protect the quantity of that SubInventory from being reserved by Sales Order.  How do we do that?
