In the online help for new users of My Oracle Support, the following instructions are provided for sharing favorites with other users:

"Sharing Favorites with Others: You can copy URLs and share them via e-mail or other methods, but this release does not support exporting or group sharing of favorites."

I tried this out by saving the URL for Doc 465465.1 from My Oracle Support:

https://metalink.oracle.com/CSP/ui/flash.html#tab=KBHome(page=KBHome&id=()),(page=KBNavigator&id=(bmDocType=FAQ&bmDocDsrc=KB&bmDocTitle=Differences%20Between%20Enterprise,%20Standard%20and%20Personal%20Editions%20on%20Oracle%2010.2&bmDocID=465465.1&viewingMode=1143&from=BOOKMARK))

I opened a new copy of Internet Explorer and tried to access the URL. After logging into My Oracle support, the browser can't get past the "swirling green arrow". A click on "Refresh page" doesn't help.

Howdy, Stranger!
