New View Web Server Info feature in 5.5 CU5

5.5 CU5 has some new feature that is supposed to allow you to see Web Server information (Issue 6748659 - Add pages that monitor the various functions of the web server).   How do I access it? 

I am having poor performance on one of my web servers and want to see if I can tell how many sessions it has versus the other web servers.
