Default Mfr Lifecycles

Sometimes it's nice to be able to define what the default lifecycle phase of a manufacturer will be, such as Pending Qualification.  The problem is, when I bring up the Lifecyle Phases when setting the default value, the list is blank!  Well, we all know that can't be true since I configured a bunch of lifecycle phases for these guys, but it would be nice to select the default.
