Adding subtask using ADD_TASK procedure

 Hi All,
Has anybody tried to use PA_PROJECTS_PUB.ADD_TASK procedure to create subtask. I am trying to use it with minimal parameters and its not working the way i want. The API after execution returns sucess but there is no task created.

I was wondering if someone can send me any script used earlier to create subtask , with data form external system.
