OLAP not present in our databases enterprise edition

Hi,
We have Database 10g V2 enterprise edition, supposedly with OLAP option, which supposedly should be installed automatically. But our developers just found that they could not create Cube and run related packages. I looked for roles in the database like OLAP_DBA, but could not find it. How can I install this OLAP option to our current databases?
