PJT - Split Plans - % Complete transfer from Workplan to Mapped Financial Tasks - Anyone got this to

I have struck this problem in 11.5.10 (M) rup4 and 12.1.1.
When you select the button to update the mapped Financial Tasks with the workplan % complete values nothing happens.

Oracle Support have logged a bug on it but I wonder if anyone has had the same issue and how they resolved it.
