API for Cancel Orderline with shipment

We are using 11.5.7 version. I wonder if there is an API to cancel the order line with shipment. Presenelty i was using oe_order_pub.process_order but it only cancel the order lines but not the shipment. Bascially i want to update wsh_delivery_details.released_status = 'C' (C- Cancelled) whenever there is as order line gets cancelled.

Any help on this is highly appreciated
