STATS$SNAPSHOT_ID increment

 For Statspack this is set to increment by 1. However sometimes it increases by 10, meaning the automated stats report, which is looking for the max value, and then max value - 1, can't generate a report as it can't find the lower snap id. Anyone know why this sometimes occurs ?
