Configuring leave policies based on decreasing balances
Hi,
The client requirements lists all of the leaves which have a maximum/ceiling of allowed leave. e.g. annual leave is 28 days per year, maternity is 84 days. My question is considering that the balance type is decreasing, do you need to configure a PTO accural for leaves based on decreasing balances? As I believe the only place where you can specify when the balance is reset (in our case hire date anniversary) in the PTO accrual window.
