Looking for Best Practices on Assignment Updates
My company currently uses a paper based process to send information about Assignment and Status changes from the field offices to HRIS And Payroll. I am working on a proposal to allow the field offices to update Oracle HR Directly and I have two question about how other companies use Oracle HR for this task. We do not have Oracle Self Service but are planning on utilizing Oracle Workflow
1. What kind of Paper Trail and signed documents does your company use as backup for the online update?
2. What kind of changes are allowed by the Field offices?
