Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Duplicate customer conatcts having same customer reference

Currently we are facing problem of establishing duplicate contacts on a customer site having same reference through customer interface.

This is posing problem for autoinvoice to allocate contact ref. and errors out. Can anybody suggest the solution to the problem. We are on 11.5.10.2
