What additional license fee (in %) to have the CDC (Change Data Capture) feature?

Hi Everyone,

This is my first post.

We are a development firm, my manager want to use Oracle CDC as in our product... but then we believe our customers need to pay extra in order to have the CDC feature.... the question is... anyone know approximately how much customers need to pay addtionally in percentage, in order to have the CDC feature in their Oracle DBMS....

any answer is appreciated....
