FAL_server/client.

I am trying to test the gap can be fixed by FAL_SERVER/CLIENT automatically. However, what I found is even if the fal_server/client is empty, the gap will be fixed automatically.

What I did.

1. produce a gap. I am able to see gap in v$archive_gap.

2. startup standby listener so that the log can be transfered.

3. I found the log( for example, there are logs 1,2,3. gap is log 2) gets transfered to standby automatically although fal_server/client is empty like below.
