Upgrading from oracle client 10.2.0.1 to oracle client 10.2.0.4 patch set 3

I have the full install cd for oracle 10.2.0.1 I would like to upgrade to 10.2.0.4 patch set 3.

I have a list of 5 patches that will need to be installed to accomplish this.

The patches : 4545817, 5475350, 5337014, 5699495, 6810189

Is there a easier way to go from 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.4
