Upload of Budgets as Baselined

Hi,

Can we upload Cost Budgets in Oracle Projects with the status of Baselined. We have a requirement to load projects with the status of Baselined but there is no standard API avaiable for Baselining Cost Budgets. Can anyone please suggest what can be done here.
