Getting updates to go from 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.4

Hi.

This is probably a stupid question. I've got 10.2.0.1 installed on a Windows 2003 server and was advised that 10.2.0.4 was the latest stable release. I've spent ages around Metalink and OTN and eDelivery but can't see anything that does the simple thing of upgrading to 10.2.0.4. Should I be upgrading and what do I need to download from where to do it?
