Release Is Generating for a Cancelled Line in BPA.

Hi

For an Item on BPA  (Blanket Purchase Agreement) are mentioned twice on lines 42 and 43. Line 42 is cancelled, yet for some reason Oracle is still trying to release

against line 42 (which is closed) instead of line 43 (which is open). I need releases to point towards line 43.

Please let me know how I can dig into the issue.Where is can see Releases are set for the line 42?

Please help me out.
