"Create Snapshot" unavailable in the sys privilege list while creating a role

 Hi,

I tried to include "Create Snapshot" while creating a role using EM console, but can't find it in the available system privilege list.  Does this particular system privilege require a certain EE database server option?  My database version is 11gR1.
