ISDK/Intellistamps

Hi,

Is there any up-to-date documentation or sample code available on using Intellistamps in the ISDK? JavaDMAPI.pdf has pointers to the XML, but it is not clear where to build this in ISDK. Also, any help oin building the pick-lists (single valued & constrained, etc) would be appreciated.
