64 bit machine compiling 32 bit client

Hi,

We have a 10GR1 database running in a 32 bit Linux Red Hat 3 machine (the client is also running on the same machine).  There is a new client (64 bit Linux Red Hat 4) machine that wants to connect to this database.  We mounted Oracle paths so the 64 bit Linux machine could connect to the 10GR1 database.  We did not have problems connecting to the database; however, we got the following errors when compiling PROC code on the 64 bit machine (this code previously compiled in a 32 bit machine):

ipo: warning #11010: file format not recognized for …/oracle/v1/product/10.1.0/client_1/lib//libclntsh.so, possible linker script

Howdy, Stranger!
