Folder and Attachment Relationships

  When we began using the Agile we created "shared" folders for our manufacturers parts' attachments. Since many of these single file attachments provided information about many different manufacturers parts we didn't want to have to load duplicate attachments for every manufacturer part. We created six folders and began placing the shared attachments in there and then allowed users to attach those to new manufactures parts where needed. We dubed these “shared folders” and gave them a description to help users find the folder and therefore make it easier to locate the corresponding attachments in it. What we didn't realize was
