Performance differences between 11.5.10 ADI and R12 Report Manager

 Client upgraded from 11.5.10 to R12.   There are 8 segments in GL structure. FSG report with content set on 8 segments with R/E (Row Expand) is designed.  This FSG was running in couple of minutes in 11.5.10 when they used to run a report and view in WebADI.  After upgrading to R12 when report is run either in GL Super user using regular financial report submission or in Report Manager report submission it takes about 15 minutes.  Can you advise how to improve performance?
