easy data conversion?

hi! we've to change the calendar for one of our companies. so we decided to setup a new company from scratch and we need to import in it all the POs, SOs, AR transactions,...
is there a way to do it automatically? as it's from Oracle to Oracle should exist a way to do it in order to be easier than a classic data conversion from different db/application.
