Error on Creating Requ

Dear All

After purchasing setup, I get an error message on creating Requisition, which is given below
Note( R12 version 12.0.6)         

1)FRM-40815:Variable GLOBAL.ORG_ID does not exist

2)The Condition VerifyOrg(:LINES.ITEM_NUMBER)<>:GLOBAL.ORG_ID could not be
evaluated because of error.

Can any one guide me how i correct these errors.
