PO Release Data Conversion

hi all,
i've successfully created PO Blankets using the PO Interface and running the Import Price Catalogs program. now, i need to include the PO Releases tied up to these PO Blankets when importing. i noticed that in the PO_LINES_INTERFACE table there is a column named RELEASE_NUM. i did try to populate this with the corresponding value but no success.

can anyone help me with this?
