MODIFY DEFAULT CUSTOMER TYPE USING CCSDK

After installing CCSDK , I run the file runConfigurator.bat.

In the summary tab, change option Modify customer type to Gold. From the drop down choose option "Gold" and Save the changes. I want that the default customer type should be Gold , whenever I create a new account using customer center. But when I create a customer and check the summary tab , the customer type is not set. How can I achieve what I am looking for ?
