cannot run export on database 10g

  Hi,
I made a  very dump mistake today by zipping some of the database file while it was running and I cannot export any schemas from my database.  Please let me know what's the best way to approach this issue.  So for I received errors listed below:

UDE-00008: operation generated ORACLE error 1034
ora-01034: ORACLE not available
UDE-00008:  all allowable logon attemps failed
